Guadalupe April Progress
This was Jarod’s fourth post in his series on his first real estate development experience. As part of the lanch of our new website we are reposting this content for those who are interested in the story. You will notice that in the previous post the project was refered to as Girard. As it turns out it is surprisingly difficult to settle on the name of a project and often a project will go through a number of name changes along the way as it discovers what it ultimately wants to be. We find this true of most of our clients as well.
Things are going really well at our Guadalupe Project. The sheetrock is hung (by the window with care) and there is great progress on the exterior materials. Check out this video for a little walkthrough. If you are interested in a tour let me know.
